I finally satisfied my curiosity!

Statue of General Hilario Moncado at the Samal White House

Update:  Want to see a video that I made on a recent trip to the White House?  Check here.

Anybody who reads this blog with any degree of regularity would easily realize that in the last few weeks, I have had a curiosity and fascination with the “White House” on Samal Island. It’s a place that I’ve heard legends about from the local islanders on Samal, and I wanted to know what the real story was about the place. As it turns out, and as I suspected, some of the legends are true, some have a basis in truth, and some are outright folklore! Today, though, I found out the truth about the place, and was able to separate the truth from the not-so-true.

When I woke up this morning, regular blog reader Robert Bula left a comment on a post about the White House on my PhotoBlog. That kind of got the ball rolling, and a lot fell into place for me today. Robert said that the White House was, from the beginning, the headquarters of General Hilario Moncado, the founder of the religious sect called the “Mongkadistas”. This squared with the little bit of knowledge I had already gained about the place. Robert’s information gave me a good start in searching for more information, and I found a ton of info about the General.

General Hilario (also spelled Helario) Moncado was born in 1898. He was a Cebuano by birth. In 1914, at the age of 15, Moncado went to Hawaii to work in the sugar cane and pineapple plantations there. Apparently, many young men from Cebu followed this path in those days. Over the years, Moncado traveled back and forth between Hawaii, California, and various points in the Philippines. He founded a number of different, but related organizations over the years, including the Filipino Crusaders World Army (The Mongkadista religious sect) and also The Filipino Federation of America.

Politically, General Moncado was a sort of “wild horse.” He has been compared to Kinky Friedman, the sort of “oddball” who ran for Texas Governor last year. Moncado had his hand in politics both in the Philippines and in the USA over the years. Two different acts probably defined his peaks in Philippine politics. First, in 1934, Moncado was a delegate to the Philippine Constitutional Convention, the elected representative from Cebu. Moncado was asked what his qualifications were for being at the Constitutional Convention and his reply was that he had three particular qualifications – A low handicap in Golf, the power to heal the sick, and that he could fly. Hmm… interesting! Later, in 1946, Moncado ran for President of the Philippines. He lost, garnering only around 8,500 votes!

On the religious side, Moncado became known as the “Master” by his followers, which he claimed to number over 2,500,000. He still has many followers today, spread out over many parts of the Philippines. His Philippine headquarters, and his home was the White House on Samal Island.

During World War II, Moncado became a 5 Star General, but after the war he was accused of spying for the Japanese, a charge of which he was cleared after a trial.

Today, I went to the White House again. I guess that over the past 2 or 3 weeks, I’ve been there maybe a half dozen times, just looking around and seeing what I could learn about the place. Today, there were two ladies at the house, they told me that they were Mongkadista Volunteers who helped maintain the house. I spoke with the ladies for about an hour, and they were very nice. They were pretty impressed with my knowledge of Moncado, based on my internet research. During my visit, the ladies gave me a tour of the house, even taking me upstairs to General Moncado’s bedroom. The house was mostly vacant of furniture or decor, but there were some pictures on the walls, and a bed in the General’s bedroom. The view of the City of Davao from General Moncado’s bedroom was spectacular. It was a sight to behold.

After my meeting with the lady volunteers at the house, I gave them a donation to help with the upkeep and restoration of the house and bid them my farewell. They both told me to please come back again, and I promised that I would do so. It’s kind of cool to have heard so much legend about this house, then to be able to research it on the net, and finally to meet with two very old ladies who knew the history of the house, and had even been at the side of the General in the days when he was still alive. General Moncado, by the way, died in 1956, at the age of only 58 years.

    Hi Bob,

Was this his actual house or just the headquarters branch for the Davao Sect ? This would indeed be a significant historical place, for Moncado is somewhat significant in early Philippine American history, he has been the subject of a PHD dissertation by the late Prof.Steffi San Buenaventura of UC Davis. Many of my friends here are Phds in Asian American studies so maybe they can provide more info on the significance The Filipino Federation of America. Maybe Davao or Samal city govts should assist in preserving this house given the lack of historical sites in Davao.

  2. Bob says:

Hi Allen – I was told that Moncado lived in this house, part time. He spent so much time moving between the US and the Philippines, and to different sites within each country, I don’t think he even really had a permanent house. From what I was told by the ladies at the White House, Moncado spent significant time in the Samal White House.

  5. Luanne says:

A very nice piece of research and very interesting post! Thanks for doing the leg-work! Sounds like a real character!

  6. Bob says:

Thanks for the compliment, Luanne. I’m glad you enjoyed it. I do believe that Moncado was a real character! His religious followers, though, are VERY serious about him, and they do not thing that he was anything other than a messianic figure.

hi ahm i would like to say u that, for your appreciation about moncado…..im the one follower of moncado….thank You again.Godbless us..

  7. Janeth says:

I agree with AllenO, IGACOs should help with preserving this historical site. It will be a shame if this house will just rot and be lost in history.

  8. Bob says:

Hi Janeth – It is my understanding that the government has set aside the land surrounding the house to develop a plaza or a park in the area. I am not sure if the development will include restoration of that house, but I think that is a possibility.

  9. Blogie says:

hi bob! that white house has always fascinated me. it’s actually visible from davao, esp. if you’re at the insular hotel. my yaya when i was a baby was actually a follower of moncado. and even now she says she still has stomach aches sometimes when she eats meat. oh, you didn’t mention that the moncadistas don’t eat anything that’s cooked, anything that passes thru fire, in fact. when you go back to the white house, pls let me know!

  10. Bob says:

Hi Blogie – glad to see you commenting here, my friend! Yeah, I did not really get into religious practices at all, I was mostly commenting on the history of the house and it’s founder, General Moncado. Actually, other than their vegetarianism and belief in not cooking food, I still know almost nothing about the Mongkadista (also known as Moncadian) religious practices.

glad to here people out side the federation are as intersted in preserving history as us members are. lots of myth surrounding general moncado….i curently live in the generals house in los angeles…..and beyond a doubt this was his permanent residance, untill he had immagration issues, and moved to roserito beach where he passed…. to keep it short i feel i have a lot of valuable historical items… and info concerning followers of general moncodo….. do you think you can help direct me to someone or somewere who can help me to document the stuff concerning…. thank you ….joe

    • Victor Orlanes Jr says:

      Hi Bob,
Who ever this joe person is, he does not live in the generals house in Los Angeles as of 5Oct07, my grandparents and i went there in 1953, my grandmother was his personal cook, and my grandfather was the grounds keeper.
After my aunt rosita passed, who was his personal secretary and maestro passed my grandparents started their
caretaking of the mansion property, and when they passed my parents continued to take care of the mansion, until 2008, when the officers in Stockton took over caretaking. Just like i have reading in all of these comments, there are alot claiming this and that, Bob if you really want to know about the mansions history since it was purchaed with the donations of all of the members, and cannot be sold because the properties belong to the members of the organization, in which the people claiming to be heirs don’t have a clue on what is going on. Third world countries have that mentality, $$$$$$ and all the riches that they think there is have been passed down in maestros doctrines and his philosphies, and is spiritual in nature, which individuals who have the $$$$ mentality will never understand, and they are wasting all there time and effort claiming they are heirs good luck. That is why maestro when he purchased the properties it was all in the organizations name, which cannot be sold. The Senos and Orlanes’s have five generations born here in the states as far as the caretaking of the mansion. There are members still in the socal and norcal areas, who are knowledgeable about the federation. If there are anybody out there who are looking for information on the history and want the truth, not all this misinformation that i have read, contact me @ my email address and i will gladly assist you in acquiring that info. I reside here in socal with my mom and she also can assist in the info, and if we don’t have all the answers we can get answers… who ever you are joe take a hike you have a problem…. Bob looking forward to be hearing from you soon, and any other bodies that wants information…

      • Marissa Gonzalez says:

Hello there, I think you may have met my mother she went there to look at the house. I was told it is pretty much a replica of the Manoa house in Honolulu. I just want to thank your family for taking care of the house in California I never really understood the church that Tata had because it was not fully explained to me. I did grow up in the house in Kalihi Valley next to the church. My great grandfather did great things for the people who lived in this community and they all lived a very long time and were very healthy. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

    • bianca says:

THE HEIRS ARE NOT WASTING THEIR TIME. They have dedicated their lives in continuing the legacy of the General, the legacy that escapes those who are not related by blood.
Entering the mansion in 1953 and being caretakers or groundskeeper or secretary does not give anyone the complete cover for knowing and understanding the man. Considering that the General passed away in 1956, it doesn’t take just 3 years to fully grasp what Gen. Moncado wanted for mankind. Only the blood-relatives do. It’s taking everything they have to stop all the vultures surrounding his interests but rest assured that only the blood-relatives are tasked to continue what General Moncado failed to finish.
This is not just about the riches, this is giving justice to all the efforts of the General in improving the lives of people, not only his followers but everyone, especially the Filipinos.
Allowed by a rich fellow Filipino to live in the mansion in 1953 and in 2011 referring with disdain to the Philippines as a third world country whose people has their mentality focused on the $$$$$$ is not what the General envisioned. Rest assured that the heirs completely understand and continue to work on putting to right all the convoluted, misleading information that your like have spread.
For any information on the General and his interests, the Judicial Administratrix to his estate is the best contact person. She would have only the best interests of the estate and has the life story of the General that goes even beyond his grave.
Another fact that escapes everyone here is that the true heirs have been declared in 1979, after an 11 year battle with every Moncado-claimant that surfaced. It was a tedious, uphill battle but the heirs relentlessly struggled to make sure that only the true legacy will surface. The intestate estate proceedings is now at Branch 48, RTC, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, PHILIPPINES. It’s still a struggle but the Administratrix is getting there, one painful step at a time.
It is indeed nasty to be driven away from the halls of the mansion on the second visit of the former administratrix when your relatives still lived in the mansion. You have to check the chronology of your story as the heirs know exactly the people who lived and vacated the house.
She will get to you, in her time.

  21. francis says:

    Hello Bob,

As I read all your research and comments about this organization my bones and hair are shaking. Allow me to share some story about Gen. Moncado. As a young boy, I don’t have beleives then, no care about religion or anything. All I care was just playing around. I was a son of a Broken family, My father was a diehard “MONCADISTA” even my mother before as what I have remember and based on the stories that I heard. Basically, My Grand Father & Grand Mother are into this religion, But My Grand Father was opposite to the beleives of my Grand Mother she is more religious compared to my Grand Father. That’s the start of our Family Problems, but allow me to defend myself. As I was typing this letters I have nothing against on this Organization. So just to summarize my expereinced, My mother send me with the guidance of my “Uncle” a brother of my late Father, which until now they dont have a child. They brought me to the place, which then I knew “New Israel” most of the local people their called this placed the “LAND OF PROMISE” this placed is in Makilala, Kidapawan North Cotabato if I am correct. For the information of the readers as what I have remember, all the people their are memembers of this Organization. Approx. around 5000 back then please note I am referring to my experienced 16 years ago. Now to continue with my story, the place teach me how to be a good guy today, I like the doctrines, they called it “MANS MORAL CONCEPT” which currently I am searching it now which diverted me to this blog of Bob. If you guys can imagine with my experienced way back then it’s very emotional and very dramatic experienced. As I was leaving with my uncle and his wife they teach me to pray and to have fair in GOD. I learn how to “FARM” how to feed our farm animals like Carabao, Horse, Pigs, and Chickens which is a very young age should be just sitting in the corner reading some educational books. I cried alot and most of the time I was longing for a care of a real mother which is I cannot have. Now talking about the organization the thing I like before is that, they will not eat “PORK”. Which in the Middle East especially for Muslem they called it “HARAM” it’s is a very big SIN for the members whom will eat the said thing same with this Organizations. My Late Father is a very active yet very Respective Man on Town and by they way his Two Sisters and Two younger brother was staying on this placed before. But Currently it is just my two aunties which the Sisters of my late Father, and currently my Uncle and his wife whick brought me to that placed are currently staying in “CEBU” Phils. and my two Uncles are currently move now in Davao. And I knew for sure they can tell more and knowledgable about the life of Gen. Moncado and his associates, compared to me. I knew some of this stuff because before I am just listening to them while they are talking. And I know for sure this people are still there on this particular place. Bob the statue that is shown on your photo I saw one also in this place, which I strong beleive until now still exist. Their is also a building they usually called it “Dakong Balay” it is a Cebuano Dialect. And also before I forgot I think there are three stage of eating which is part of their beliefs 1st stage is that, you can eat Chicken, Fish, Beef at all types of cooking but without “VIETCHEN” it’s a type of seasoning with porking contein. The Second Stage is Vegetarian, meaning a person who’s into this can only eat vegetable purely. No seasonings, no salts as in purely vegetable at all types of cooking. And the Third Stage is Purely Liquids and it is part of what they called “PASTING STAGE” pureley liquids means you can drink all but aside beer, it was very strict before. No Smoking, No drinking of beer because they believe all this thing can detroy the body and it is illegal and against to their rules. I also remember 16 years ago this place was caught in between of War. Neighboring places are lot of Guerillas which I beleive until now they are still out there. I have more stories to be shared, but really I don’t know if my comments and text are limited. This organization has members all over the philippines and I know it’s out there I even have plans to visit that place they called the land of promise. Currently I am here in Dubai.

    Aloha,
My dad was a follower of “Master Moncado” here in Hawaii up until his death in 1995. The so called organized group here dwindled away in the late 70′s as everyone got old, and the younger generation never really grasped. I was very young to really know what the actually practiced. But, I do remember my dad and a very good friend of his being truly devout referring him to “Master”. There is even a monument at our state building in Maui in memory of “Master”. On the island of Oahu, a church on his compound in Kalihi still stands. I just happened to stumble on your website due to my own curiosity of “Master”. Somehow I’ve been compelled to learn more about him and what he was. I must say my dad was a truly humble and extraordinary good man because of his teachings. Unfortunately it skipped a generation. j/k. Anyhow, thanks for posting up the photo and sharing your experience.

    Hi Bob,
All these info about the late Gen Moncado I read in your website are very interesting! I have just been to that building in Kalihi Valley in Honolulu Hawaii last Sunday. It now houses a real church called Center of Light Christian Ministries that just celebrated its first anniversary. The grand daughter of Gen. Moncado is one of the leaders of the church and I perceive she is a true believer of the Bible as the source of all truths and the lordship of Jesus Christ in her life. Hopefully, whatever beliefs or cultism associated with the name, may God use the grand daughter and the church that now stands there to spread the Good News to all the places where the late General wielded some influence and bring glory to the real Master, Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

      pixie,
kindly refer to hilariocaminomoncado.blogspot.com. it’s painstakingly showing the true identity of the late General. you will find authentic documentary evidence there. these are documents that stood the scrutiny of the courts. all other claimants aside from the 4 declared heirs are fake.

      • stargazer says:

Hi Bianca, I am sorry you might be a victim of this scam, it sounds like you are heavily invested in this. You do know that in a case like this where the accounts are largely abroad and no substantial amounts in the Philippines, only the International Court of Justice or the International Court of Settlement can rule on if the money should go to the heirs or not. The Philippine court has no jurisdiction internationally, they will just laugh in her face, which is probably what the chinese are doing since she’s been there for so long and has nothing.

Hi Tim I would assume you already married? Well on your question regarding MOCADISTA I honestly don’t have any idea now about the meaning of this. But if you are talking about the members on it I guarantee you that they are all nice and friendly and I think my Aunt is still an active member of this so called religion. In fact she is still leaving in that place called New Israel in Makilala Cotabato together with my cousins. Give me an update soon, or you can just browse to my twitter account. he has a son! Dominador Yoyongko Cruz Moncado…do you know more of this man?

    • johnny says:

Hilario Camino Moncado did have a son with Diana Toy but he died a few months after birth. Anybody who says he is a Moncado is not related by blood. Check the archives and you will know who this impostor is. HCM has no direct descendant. Nobody can just come and invent stories claiming he is related to HCM. You’ll have to prove it with your birth documents. Again, any Moncado will have no Hilario Camino Moncado blood in their veins.

      • ana rowena prior says:

and how about the blood in the veins of diana toy…like her daughter and grandchildren…?????

        • Marissa Gonzalez says:

I am a direct bloodline to Diana Toy Moncado…my dad is Bong…my Lola was Luz and her brother Mario. My lola Toy did have a son with Tata his name was Machau or somehting like that but he died. That is the only family I know. Besides uncle Mau’s son Bernheart Moncado who lives in Germany and the rest of the Gonzalez clan who moved to Hawaii from the Philipines a long time ago.

  56. hg says:

Hi Barbara is your email address still valid?.
    This is what I know…
Hilario C Moncado’s father was Fermin Moncado Del Prado and his mother was Celia Camino. Hilario had married a singer named Donna Toy Castro and had one daughter, and she might be in Hawaii in the church of Kalihi. Hilario fell in love with a Chinece lady name Yoyongko whom’s first name I don’t know. They had a son, who had a birth mark on his knee, I recall, named Dominador Yoyongko Cruz Moncado. He then married a lady named Porita Medina ( I think was her name) and had many kids, I think 5 or so. Most kids do not know, but their mother had many men and each time Dominador comes home from his quest, she was pregnant! He does not know if and who was his real child. Dominador then fell in love with a lady named E. Lego (philo/spanish lady) and had one child, a girl…and apparantly is still alive. Once Hilario died, he left his estate/money/etc to his son, to continue where he left off. But, unfortunately most Moncadistan’s does not know of him and did not want him. He died contesting the WILL and had only managed to gain respect only to a handfull of Moncadistans( who knew). ONLY the “old” know of this story. Dominador died 1977 and has done the same thing as what his dad did, left the inheritance to his only “blood” daughter, but she does not want to pursuit it… I have been told …. …I hope this will help some people out there…

  57. Pauline says:

    Hello there!
Some people was saying that his lastname was changed from Moncada to Moncado. Is that true?
I have some friends who were saying that Moncado was their great great Uncle from their Dad’s side. Their Dad’s last name is Moncada.
DO you guys have any contact with the family member?

  58. juliet supe says:

just for your info, there is an ongoing estate proceedings for the hilario moncado alleged treasures and monies in Br 43 Regional Trial Court, Bacolod City Negros Occidental. His family tree has been submitted, living relatives still exist but of the three declared heirs, only 1 lived until about 4 years ago. i’m not sure if she’s still alive. but the story goes that moncado was indeed an influential and very rich man who scattered his assets all over the world. his heirs are into recovering anything they can and rumors has it that they are almost at it. there is a schedule hearing on 05 March 2010.

according to the stories, hilario moncado did not have any direct descendant as his only brother died in his teens. his only son “manjo?” died an infant and his wife died just as soon as he died, hence 3 first cousins were declared heirs of the moncado estate in a court proceeding in cebu.

i read a book sometime before, i just can’t remember the title and it was a reproduction, about the affluent life of moncado.

it has been a hilarious ride through a lot of ups and downs in the search for his trillions that a lot of people from this region has financed the search to the tune of millions and lawsuits have been abundant.

my own family has even put in a lot of money and a lot of personal relationships have suffered because of the search for the said treasure.

march 5 is an awaited date. we will see what transpires in the courts on that day. keep you posted guys, if indeed a date is set for the hearing. i have to go and confirm it and be there if my schedule permits.

    ciao!

    • drjunna says:

      • jose mari demetria says:

Yup! Master Moncado left His treasures not some but whole of it, it’s not a material treasures but a
SPIRITUAL treasures, you have to love God above all things and to be humble and meek towards
your neighbors and leave in a Moral Standard of Living, that was supposed to be but only few are
        interested….God Bless

  59. juliet supe says:

yes, there is a letter somewhere where hilario moncado sent a letter to someone, i believe it was a cousin in negros occidental informing him that he changed his last name to moncado as it was in hawaii where moncada connotes a feminine name so he stated in the letter that he changed it to moncado for the rhyme and for it to sound more masculine.

  60. juliet supe says:

email me bob and i will give you names of the major players in the court action.

  61. juliet supe says:

from hwat i learned of mocado’s early life, he was a lanky teenager who joined the group of “sacadas” or farmworkers who went to hawaii to work in the pineapple plantations there. he spent weekends doing rounds at houses for other extra jobs where he earned extra income. he also founded the Filipino Federation of America to help other filipino workers there. he used to visit his living cousins in cebu and negros occidental and his cousins helped j\him campaign when he ran for president a long way back.

i heard all therse from a living niece who used to accompany her father when he met with moncado a long time ago. her father was 1 of the 3 decalred heirs .
she’s in her 90′s now but still has vivid memories.

  62. Rowelin says:

  63. juliet supe says:

  64. joeiz daryl says:

plz post my comment and hope we’ll find the truth behind the general

  65. joeiz daryl says:

    RIGHTEOUSNESS

In Noah’s time when God could no longer bear the wickedness of man on Earth, He decided to punish mankind and every living and creeping thing on the surface of the Earth. But before the punishment came upon mankind God chose a man among all men to act as His human mechanism in order to teach the world the doctrine of righteousness which is His way of salvation. The man He chose to be His human mechanism was Noah. Through Noah, God warned all men to keep away from unrighteousness. God commanded that all ungodly works and immoral practices must be stopped but only Noah and his family followed the command. The rest of Noah’s generations either ignore or refused to obey God’s doctrine of salvation.
Noah was bitterly criticized, mocked and attacked for acting as God’s human mechanism on earth. For preaching the doctrine of righteousness and for warning the people of the approaching punishment of God, all mankind was against him.
In our twentieth century civilization, there was also a man chosen by God to act as His human mechanism on Earth. His name was General Hilario Camino Moncado. He was chosen not to dictate nor lead but to educate the world with this doctrine of morality which is God’s way to save humanity from the coming judgment by fire.
What had happened to Noah for teaching righteousness to his generation, also happened to General Moncado for teaching morality to the world. He was bitterly criticized, mocked and attacked for acting as God’s human mechanism in our civilization. For educating the world with his doctrine of morality and fighting against the world’s vices, evils and sins, including communism, all mankind as against him. Noah did not give up nor did his faith shrink before his attackers; it was also true with General Moncado—the attacks he had only strengthened the foundation of his doctrine of morality.
Man’s righteousness on earth is against all form of wickedness on earth, according to the philosophy of General Moncado. Wickedness is a form of evils, sins and vices in his world. Righteousness in man is the beginning of obedience and understanding of the way of God. Man shall not be deprived of the privilege of knowing his Creator while on earth, if he stands on righteousness. Righteousness in Noah’s time is morality in our twentieth century civilization.
In Noah’s time the earth was full of wicked and ungodly works; full of vicious and immoral practices. Because of these conditions the whole generations of Noah were punished. They were destroyed by floods water. Only eight human souls were saved. Those who were invited by God to stay in the Ark were not only saved but were made the seeds of the future generations of mankind. After the flood, for fear of the Lord, the doctrine of righteousness became the guiding light of every soul who now believes that there God in heaven and on earth worthy to received our faith, worship, love, respect and praise.
Today in our twentieth century of civilization, as we face the approaching judgment of God upon this world, about how many human souls does God plan to save. If the doctrine of righteousness was God’s measurement of salvation in Noah’s time, then the doctrine of morality shall be God’s measurement of salvation for our twentieth century civilization. In other words, those who strictly, literally, divinely follow the Man’s Moral Concept, the new Doctrine that MAN AND GOD ARE EQUAL, will be saved. They will be the New Seeds of the future generations of mankind blessed with the power of the New Name of Christ E.F.B.
The invitation to be saved through the doctrine of Morality by General Moncado is to be extended to all human beings because humanity is God’s creations and all creations are but God’s divine pronouncement of Peace on earth and Good will to all men.
General Moncado was born a Filipino but his mission, his work, and his doctrine belong to the world because he came not only for the Filipino people but for humanity. He said. “ Humanity be served is my Father’s supreme labour”.

The Stockton building appears modern and in use. There is a statue of Moncado in front of the building. At the 25th Street house in Los Angeles there is a life size statue of him golfing. The acolyte who was keeping an eye on me said that Moncado was a world renouned golfer in his day. There were at least 10 sets of golf clubs in Moncado’s office closet and in the closet of the 3rd floor temple or classroom.

  72. Erik Berry says:

I wrote this once, but don’t see it so here it goes again. My fiance was working at a commercial shoot today is Los Angeles. The location where it was shot was 2302 West 25th Street in Los Angeles. It was an old mansion, in the historical Adams District just of the 10 freeway at Arlington. General Moncados house had been effectively “sealed-up” upon his death in 1956 and the house is a total time warp. Everything in the house is exactly as it was in 1956!!! The clothes of Moncado still hang in the closet, his suitcases and steamer trunks are in the 3rd floor “chapel” and the cellar (along with a 1947 case of red burgundy) The basement appears to have not been dusted or touched since 1956, there were cases of Moncado’s books, newspapers and magazines and other periodicals dating to the 1920′s laying all about. The mansion is about 6000 square feet, and of high quality craftsman construction. Every room appears to be untouched since the 1950′s. The house was also apparently appeared as the mortuary in the TV series “six feet under”. I could probably get pictures, certainly at least outside (and probably in) if anyone cares to see them. Here is a link to exterior photos: http://www.lataco.com/taco/six-feet-under-house-fisher-diaz-funeral-home-west-adams

    • Victor Orlanes Jr says:

There has been alot of misleading information about Gen. Moncado and the organization, that he founded here in
California and also in the Philippines. I can only speak about what i know and have information on, about the mansion in Los Angeles. My grandparents and parents are members, and we grew up in the federation, our parents/grandparents talked about the organization and its functions. We always went to the big celebration here
in Los Angeles in Dec. and also in Stockton, CA. I don’t remember the parade here in Los Angeles which was back in the days of the founding of the FFA. The ones that they had in Stockton I do remember which was in July
to celebrate the 4th, to me that was always a big thing to look forward to each year. There are pictures of all these
functions from the time of its inception in the late 20′s. There are also pictures of all these events at the Los Angeles mansion and at the apartment in Stockton. As far as what Eric said, he didn’t have the correct information on the mansion as far as it being closed up since the late 50′s since maestro passed. While he was
still alive he asked my grandparent to move into the mansion, my grandmother was his personal cook, and my grandfather was the maintainance for the grounds. My aunt was his personal secretary and they would take care
of business in his office which was located on the main level of the house. My grandparents were instructed to take care of the mansion after his passing, and after my grandparents passed, my parents continued to take care
of the property till my father passed, my mom was getting up in age so the officers in Stockton took over the care
taking of the mansion. During the time my parents were there, they made improvements to the building with the
revenue they received from the film companies, that used it for the various tv series re: Highway to heaven with
Michael Landin, the longest running one was six feet under. Bob if you need anymore info maybe i could assist
you where ever i can. You can contact me @ my email address. By the way Bob my grandparents last name is
Seno, and my parents Orlanes. There are still members and there children around that can give you information
      about the federation.
Those of you who are claiming to be relatives and looking for the so called riches that maestro left, no one can
touch that because it was all spiritual nothing material and that was passed on down to his members, which was
in the doctrine of the Man’s Moral Concept. Even though the members called him master, that was in the context of his organization, and he never strayed away from our main God above. Another one we would recite was Christ is my God. I hope this helped a little on the insite of the organization. Again those of you looking for riches
from maestro “DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME” ……..

      • bianca says:

It is fair to accept that your information is limited and with such limited information, it may be conclusive that what you have is bordering on misleading.
First hand information from the perspective of someone who attended the celebrations, kept the grounds, cooked for the General and was his secretary does not complete the picture. His instructions for you and your like were limited only to these specific functions which were not even kept to the letter because the organizations and the places established by the General in his lifetime were not maintained the way it should have been maintained.
When the General died in 1956, your like kept the grounds, spent the proceeds from the monies still available at that time, claims to have made improvements where none is needed and the counterparts in this third-world nation filed the intestate estate proceedings to keep control on the estate but unfortunately for all of you, upon the guidance of the General, the blood relatives intervened and were rightfully declared as those in authority to take over the care and administration of the estate, in the Philippines AND elsewhere. It is still an uphill battle now but his wisdom remains only with the blood relatives and the day of reckoning is near. All that were established by the General will be accounted for and his visions will be fulfilled, only by the blood-relative. And that will not be done with the spiritual riches that you are referring to because all that is under control by your like.
There is no intention to sell any of the properties of the General, in fact restoration and necessary improvements will be completed in due time, all in his honor.
Yours are stories of the General in 1953-1956. What the heirs have is his birth and beyond death records. You may come over and compare notes. Just bring along an extra container for the truckload of information you will get and be prepared to go around this third world country of 7,107 islands because his legacy is widespread but unkempt to meet his standards.
The fact remains that the heirs are not running after the $$$$$$ of the Federation since quoting from the General’s book MONCADO SPEAKS:
        1928
“The Filipino Federation of America elected me as Treasurer. The money was deposited in the Bank of Italy in Los Angeles in a checking account under the name of our publication THE FILIPINO NATION. No amount could be withdrawn without a resolution by the Federation as to the purpose and without being countersigned by the bank manager.”
The questions remain: “What happened to the millions of dollars in the treasury of the publication when the General died in 1956? What resolutions were made and who signed the checks to make the withdrawals? The secretary should know, shouldn’t she? since by your own admission you stayed in the house until you were replaced by the present occupants.
That’s the story we would like to know about. It will not be a waste of time to find the answers. Now we know where to look.

    hi everyone,

yes indeed there was a hearing again 26th july addressing the issues submitted by all parties, as always…

i was witness to the investor’s lawyer pounding the desk with his fist seemingly instigating his clients and everybody in the courtroom to rise in arms agains the Admnstratrix who keeps giving promises for the release and distribution of the recovered wealth that until now has not happened…

i was witness to investors telling people that it is only the Adminstratrix who is enjoying her life now… as if somebody enjoying her life is a sin, unless they’re just envious?

the court right now, as i see it, is flooded with petitions and all kinds of demands for the Administratrix to bend over backwards and hand over the results of her efforts which is IMPOSSIBLE… who would, in her right mind, just hand over the leaps and bounds she has accomplished to these waiting vultures? not i, said the Queen… Administratrix, however you put it because soon these people will wake up and realize that they have gone with the wrong pack…

it is a fact that for anything monetary to be transferred from one country to another, it has to undergo a legal process, that process has been completed having all the fees paid and legal issues been addressed in China. it has been explained but people still refuse to understand.

what delayed the process is the continued bickering in the courts. having a lot of unresolved petitions, every period given for all parties to answer everything will just prolong everyone’s agony. don’t they see it? don’t they realize that they are at the mercy of the Administratrix” efforts. if she quits now, what then? she has given her life for this recovery efforts and she has succeeded. she has promised to give everyone his due share, let her work on that now.

i reiterate, give Asparen, the Adminitratrix enough room to maneuver… she needs it if only to breathe…

mr. de leon, do not worry, asparen has not forgotten, even if I have…

  80. juliet supe says:

next hearing is on Sept 17. that a 52-day delay again, don’t they see it?

  81. juliet says:

    hi stargazer,

indeed no matter what declaration one gets fom a local court in the philippines, that will not be enough to get these banks to tremble and just hand over the booty. the present Adm is aware of that and must have shown enough proof to have completed the recovery in China, as the local judge declared in court the last time i was there.

  82. juliet says:

    mr. de leon,

your keeping cool is aprreciated. as with the other investors who did not join the ranks of those enjoying the echanges in the court. we’re all just looking in and silently praying for asparen to completely succeed one day soon.

  83. juliet says:

    mdm asparen,

if you’re reading this, please do not give up. no matter how much these people try to bring you down, there are still a lot of us who have high hopes in your success. for every success you achieve, no matter how small and unappreciated by others, we are cheering you on in our prayers.

    take care always.

  84. juliet says:

    lanz,

do not demand for an update. ask for it and say please…

  85. juliet says:

    mr. alico,

the court case started in cebu in 1968 but was transferred to RTC Br.43 in Bacolod City in 2000. most of the interested parties are in Negros. anyone can get copies of the records but it has built up to a lot of big boxes that it will cost a lot to get copies which are not really necessary unless you are legal buff, as i once was…

  86. juliet says:

    bob,

thanks for the site. it has become more interesting and i will try to post objective updates on the case but anyone is free to check out records at the RTC Br. 43 in Bacolod City.

And for anyone close enough they can always joing the throng that overflows the sala of Judge Ibanez everytime it’s the Moncado case that’s on schedule. Next 1 is in 17th September, unless urgent matters will have the court come up with another schedule.

  87. RAz says:

Im so happy and Im glad to read the comments on this site. You gave me an idea or facts about my ethnographic study related wih the “moncadista” . Thank you.

  88. honeylet says:

this is really interesting. only recently, googling the name hcm pulled up a lot of links. i’m getting to know a lot more about who the man is. the heirs should join hands and get the assets recovered. how i would like to be in the courts just to see how the house is divided. i understand creditors seem to have the bigger voice since at this time, they’re the ones with the money and the heirs are undeniably hard up. can’t wait for the money to be shared and when everyone can fight a fair fight, let’s see where the creditors will stand.
i have to be there if only to see how much mess the creditors will scatter trying to get into the good favors of the adm.

  89. ulysses says:

a lot has been said about the general but nobody has ever given him the proper credit.
I am waiting for that to be done. and i have been waiting a long time. thare are a lot of stories about the general having a sister and children of his own but as the court records show, he doesn’t have a direct descendant, hence the 4 declared heirs.
how the 4 declared heirs came about by itself is an interesting story. and there are more to tell as the recovery efforts continue.
i have my hopes set on seeing the present administratrix complete the plans of the general, his plans that were abruptly ended temporarily because of his death…

  90. Juliet S. says:

Another day in court saw the judge’s sala overflowing with creditors, heirs, wanting to be heirs and the just curious. the day saw 3 lawyers, more insistent was the lawyer of the creditors who seem to rehash a lot of old incidents where orders have already been made. moving forward, the court stands on its plea for everyone to be patient and wait for the results of the efforts of the administratrix.

the adm and her band of lawyers sent out a cancellation of the hearing and a resetting was granted for the 26th of november earning the ire of the creditors as expressed by their lawyer stating that the adm’s camp has the abundance of reasons, first the death threat and now hacking of the adm email where confidential information has been jeopardized. no matter, a resetting has been granted.

currently the adm is away on her mission. while at it she is bombarded with a lot of crablike intentions. typical of someone who’s gaining ground and as a proverbial fruit-bearing tree, is shot with stones she wouldn’t know anymore where these are coming from.

all the adm can do at the moment is focus on the job she is immersed in. no matter the demand of the creditors for the adm to present herself and make everything transparent, in my opinion, as a creditor myself, creditors are not in the position to demand such presentation. creditors and everyone involved may not be aware of the nature of the transactions the adm is undertaking. protocol for such transactions call for utmost confidentiality and trust. the adm herself has to trust her instincts and the people helping her. anyone that butts in at their whim will set the transaction back and will cause the adm to start all over again. and that is not what we want. we want progress, and so far i am confident progress has been made.

with the heavy bombardment against the present adm using all available media, the adm may think of quitting, possibly resign from the position if it gets to a point when it will feel it’s not worth it. in case this happens, who will take on the cudgels? who understands enough of this endeavor and will be able to just pick up where the present adm may leave off? NONE. realize this, all of you whose intent is to break the spirit of the only one working on this hunt for the moncado treasures.

make sure that what you hear and start to spread yourself are verified information, not just hearsay from people whose intention is to take over and expect to just pick up on the progress made at present because that will not happen. if asparen stops now, i believe all efforts will cease because no one has the right intentions aside from her. this is a fact. believe it necause I do.

For those who believe in asparen and those whose hopes are still alive, let’s pray for the safety and for more strength for asparen to complete this. and then for her to forgive all who have worked hard in pulling her down.

  91. angelito j. de leon says:

Hi Juliet, How are you? ‘ Hope you’re always fine. Did you attend the hearing last Sept. 17? please kindly give us updates. Thanks and God bless. P.s: Bob thanks again for the space

    • juliet s. says:

      hi mr. de leon,

yes i did and as always it’s the band of creditors who are making waves in the sala of judge ibanez. still the administratrix is out of the country working on the recovery. another hearing will be held 26 Nov.

the judge did express the court’s encouragement for all to be more patient and unite in the efforts because he has noticed that in the beginning language used in the pleas were friendly but it has become, at this time in his words, fiery because of the heated exchange between the creditors and the adm. if only they can give the adm some space at the moment instead of this continuous bickering, perhaps we will see the progress made by asparen.

of course i’m not privy to any intimate information on the particular reason why these creditors are adamant at getting the adm to be in court and face their music, but some sources say that it is because the group wants the adm lawyer replaced with their own choice.

as far as the recovery is concerned, the last info i heard from the judge himself in the hearing in July is that the recovery is complete, it’s the transfer that is being worked on.

i still hold on to that. and i still pra for the success of asparen’s efforts.

  92. Juliet S. says:

it’s a peaceful waiting period. Keep the prayers coming.

  93. Douska says:

Please allow me to post here, i am from Cebu, just recently, i came to visit the moncado place yesterday, Nov. 7, 2010, in Sudlun II, mountain barangays in Cebu City. Just the same, i came to find the same white house as featured here, but it is commonly called here as Hotel Moncado, in front of the Hotel are the 3 statues of Moncado and the two of his co-founder of this religious sect. The moncado movement here is still alive, they call it here as JMJR, but i am a little bit confused because there is a big difference of the information posted here about his date of birth and death. In the beautiful mountain of Sudlun, you can find the tomb of moncado and beside it is his wife, who died last year, Sept.2009 at the age of 84, the information engraved in his grave is that, he was born on 1897 and died in 1976. His niche is glass covered in front including that of his wife, and you can still see his unrotten coffin thru the window glass of his niche. The place is full of serenity, seeing the whole ot it, you can reconstruct in your imagination that it was once a majestic haven of the moncados, unfortunately, today, the facilities are already fully dilapidated. According to the caretakers, two older men with long hair and beard who accompany us, that renovation of the place is on it’s way of which i hope it will be realized so that the effort of the founder will be preserved, and i really appreciate the kindness and accommodation that those two caretakers has afforded us during the visit. It’s just that, there may be some difference of his birth and death profile. Thank you for the space.

  94. M. MONCADA says:

I didn’t know that this issue still remains to be an issue up until now…. I remember 8 years ago when the case was newly transferred from Cebu to Bacolod and it was the talk of the town. I also remember Lola Clara Moncada Pabon, although I have not really met her in person, calling us up in our house in Mandalagan, Bacolod City, to update my dad about the case… Lola Clara even sent us pictures of her travel to the US, in HCM’s mansion. My dad has gone last 2003 and has joined our creator; since then, I and my brothers and sisters, have never heard anything about the case anymore…. no more updates from Lola Clara as well… btw, yes, I have not met Lola Clara in person but dad said that they are cousins and our names were gotten as they said they will be for recording purposes; probably to trace the family tree… i’m not sure…

I am so thankful to have come across this webpage and am now informed regarding how far this case have gone….

Juliet S. is right… this is really a tough thing to work out on. Let us just all pray ardently for the strength of the new administratrix as this is definitely a very big responsibility and job she had been assigned to… let us all pray for the success of this endeavor. To the new administratrix and to Juliet S. (I am not sure if we have alreay met in person before), thank you so much and God bless you and all the Moncada’s in the world….

      • juliet s says:

whatever happenS, those awaiting the fruits should also toil the land. even the landowners do a little digging and watering to get the bounty. have you done any of that? or do you just wait in the sidelines ready to pounce when the hard work is over?

      • juliet s says:

if i understand you correctly, (though i doubt it since i don’t have the knowledge of ignorance), everyone deserves to partake in the fruits of the chosen’s labor. i would think so, too since that is the ultimate vision of HCM and Adm SMA is just implementing it so there is no need to bicker in and out of the court. there is no need to hurl unnecessary hurting words against the person whose efforts will allow everybody to have a chance at a better life, a chance to help others.

        • r. moncada says:

im not spoiling that fruits on your mind or anyone, in fact im on the side of the good farmer, like what my grand father vision’s ( HCM) to help one another to spreed the goods seeds for the future of MONCADA’S GENERATION, LONGLIVE MONCADA!!!!!

  96. stargazer says:

    Hi Juliet.

The thing is the whole world knows that we filipinos are famous for scams like fake AU, Santa Romana and Marcos related advanced fee scams. Even I warned my friend against donating so much money to the Moncada project he wouldn’t listen to me and i don’t know when he will stop giving money. Sooner or later common sense will prevail and people will realise this is just another filipino scam. If they are the heirs and recognised as such, then it doesn’t take 10 years….or even 1 year for the banks to transfer the money. What do you think is really going on? Maybe the decision from the banks has been “no, please go away” but Team Moncada just keep stringing people along and say everything is still in order so they can collect more and more pocket money.

it always helps to be able to detach yourself and be the person who looks in from the outside, only then can you have the peace of mind when the going gets tough.

getting immersed in this really gets one the education beyond the four corners of the classroom but the tuition fee is too high that i think this is not for the faint hearted. nor for the weak – kneed.

it’s a pity that you haven’t learned from experience, after having been exposed to more than just the moncada issue, you sound like you still jump at the slightest disturbance.
being an ate, listen to me stargazer, sleep while the dragon’s busy so that you will have your energy when it’s time to share the bounty that the dragon is bringing home.

otherwise, you will be compelled to say and write things you will soon regret. i don’t share my email, i’m sorry. that’s self preservation kicking in. otherwise i will have an influx of information i don’t need at this time.

    let the silence be peaceful.

  99. stargazer says:

Wise words indeed Ate. Indeed I don’t learn from my mistakes. Can’t teach an old dog new tricks, a leopard cannot change its spots etc etc. But am praying hard the Moncado’s can complete and give everyone including yourself a merry christmas and happy new year.

merry christmas and happy new year can happen anytime. keep that in your heart and keep a clear mind. see you at the victory party.

  100. juliet s says:

MERRY XMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

  101. stargazer says:

    Hi Ate Juliet.

Wish you a merry xmas and a happy new year po.

So what are the latest news from the team? Anything going on?

  102. juliet s says:

i completely agree with you. obstacles can be building blocks in preparing one for something bigger. and that’s exactly is happening or has happened to SMA. she now rubs elbows with people we can only see on screen and she seems to be holding her turf being the only authority on this.

sacrifices come in different disguises and difficulty will always be there rearing it’s ugly head coming up in different forms often. let’s hope SMA continues to hold on.

  103. juliet s says:

it’s the last hurdle but still with so much burden to bear. keep the prayers coming.

  104. stargazer says:

but it’s a nice burden to bear. all this money that will be controlled by her group to try and help our beloved land. its a burden many of us could only dream to have, not to hide from.

    • juliet s says:

knowing sma she’s not one to hide from the responsibility. if she was, then she wouldn’t have seen this through. keeping silent doesn’t reek of cowardice nor of avoiding responsibility. it’s sensible thinking especially at times when you have to focus your energies and your whole being in accomplishing what’s slammed on your shoulders.

the burden referred to is not one borne out of the duties as the administratrix but all these people around her who, instead of helping, tend to weigh her down. pray for them. pray for this. pray for us.

      • stargazer says:

that is correct. she’s careful and responsible in that she’s only visible to those that have helped her finance the project – the vultures gracing our provinces and burdening her can be ignored and ignored forever, no one would care. but she will pay everyone accordingly when the time comes i am sure.

as long as she doesn’t hide from the important people that have got her this far. and obviously she isn’t hiding from them because if she was then we would hear very bad things about her on the internet from the people helping her. there is only good things being said about her right now and i hope it continues.

        • juliet s says:

vultures go for the carcass. they feast over he dead and sure are greedy.i see only devious hyenas who converge to try overpower the mighty and sometimes succeed, but not this time.

your vultures and my hyenas can’t stay on the sidelines. they stay true to their nature, attacking as nature dictates. and my! they’re sly as sly can be.

still sma has not cowered. she shows her face, if you know where to look. i’ve looked and seen and i know there’s no money in her hands to fight over with now. not yet.

we know, though i haven’t seen it that there is sooooooo much money when she gets her hands to it but why does it feel like people are still clamoring to be paid? of course everybody will be paid. as soon as she gets the money as sma herself would want to neutralize the pressure applied to her carotid. the question is, will it be in court or out of it?

  105. juliet s says:

i know it has not been easy having put in money, sweat and what have you in the recovery efforts not to be updated as we feel we deserve it. but nothing must compare to what SMA must have been through all these years. being put through a wringer, several times at max strength, being a thread through a needlehead and all those idioms pertaining to having gone through all types of difficulties, nothing compares to what she’s been through.

if one feels he/she deserves to be informed, so does the next one and the next one before you and the list goes on and on and on. if you are applying pressure clamoring to be informed, so do the others. and how much pressure is that applied to the single being of SMA? have you thought of that?

remember that there are more people who are into this ahead of you. and when everyone goes out to demand for updates, how much time does sma need to answer all those demands? do you think asking 1 question and getting an answer to it will make you stop asking more questions? that’s the same thing that will happen if sma starts to pay attention to each one of the demands for updates hurled her way. will she have time for other things like family? studies? planning for the next hurdle?

it is not an equation of how much money you have put in or whom you have linked SMA with because there will always be someone who has done more than you have. much longer than you have and hasn’t demanded more updates than you have.

if i am sma, then i will do the same. turn off the pressure. if sma is to update everyone on the process and the progress of the transactions, that’s divulging confidential information exposing herself to all forms of threats. be thankful sma knows her job. being administratrix to an estate of this magnitude, sma has stayed level-headed. she knows when the right time is up. and it’s not the right time yet. not yet.

but who knows? it might not be long before the fat lady sings.

just be ready with your lawsuits if that’s how you want it to be. or keep the friendship, that will be a shorter road to victory for all. just make sure it’s a friendship worth saving because if bad things have been said, things tend to look different from everyone’s perspective. SMA will make sure you deserve what you get.

so the next time you have nothing good to say, bite your tongue. on this blog, bite your fingers. i’ll help sma check those at the victory party and will know you paid attention.

    ciao ciao!

  106. juliet s says:

once again the clamoring creditors are disappointed. they did not find SMA appearing in court for them to bludgeon. all kinds of talk are circulating saying with disdain that the administratrix is enjoying the delay. Absurd! i know. they should see how badly the Adminsitratrix needs to get this fulfilled at the soonest possible time. who in her right mind wold want dues hanging around your neck all the time?

SMA feels for the people who cling to the thought of being benefited by this. it’s only the group of creditors who seem to have a lot to speak ill of SMA. i’d say people from the north now have started to listen and listen well. all the rest should follow suit. wait until the gong is sounded, wait until the fat lady sings, then it’s time to troop down to the court. then it’s time to hear the facts, not the malicious insinuations by the same people who sing praises for SMA when she’s around.

there’s the motion for the next hearing dates with the assurance that anytime everything’s in place and ready, then without waiting for the hearing dates, everybody will be called to order. wait for that call instead of pushing for the Administratrix to be in court for you. SMA has to be there where the money is supposed to come from. she’s the only one who can get this fulfilled. drill that into your minds. make that your mantra. cheer her on. that should lighten the burden and should let SMA get to where she should be in no time.

the clamoring party seems to have sheathed their swords these days but i am pretty sure they’re around gathering ammunition to fire at sma anytime they get the chance. SMA’s only refuge is her faith and the few who stayed loyal to her and her convictions.

only sma knows what problems lie ahead and only she can find the solutions to them. trust her.

  107. stargazer says:

    hi ate supe.

i too was at the scheduled court hearing recent. the problem is it’s not just a one way moncado street. from what i have been hearing, the Admx is a decent honest person and trustworthy too but the problem lies in the fact that when she needs money for her operation then she is visible – the same as the Admx before – after she gets the money then the silence begins. i do not know if you have given money to the project, but trust me, i know people here and everywhere who have given their life savings. then after she gets the money she goes silent. it’s never a one way street like you have described. everyone has their own problema. whereas some of our native creditors might be jumping the gun too soon with the insinuations at the court here, they still believe she will pull through.

it’s not a case of giving her money and then forget about it and let the heavens decide when to pay it back. or do you think that is our filipino way to do business? i know some people lost their life savings in good faith. i’m not sure whether its good faith to be silent to those that have really helped her. there are people suffering just as much as you claim sma is suffering. like i said before, a million people would love to have her burden. with all that money coming to her you can give me her suffering every day of the year.

    • juliet s says:

there is a time for everything and reasons why things happen. we cannot teach people how to do business or how to react to certain events. more so to react over the long silence experienced over and over again while this recovery is going on.

it may differ on the mindset when these life savings were invested and the manner of gathering information while you are in the waiting period.

whereas we have considered the millions we have invested as it was, an investment that may be lost or may gain a lot for the family, others may have been lured with the magnitude of the promised return.

no matter how strongly we jump over certain tidbits of information gathered from all sorts of resources, this will all boil down to the time when the money will finally be distributed.

noticeably, the Administratrix has not been reported to receive financial assistance from anyone anymore. no additinal names have been recently added to the long list of creditors. it is safe to assume that what has been invested in the past has been enough for Adm SMA to continue with the recovery efforts and no other names will be added until that money will be recovered and brought to the courts for distribution.

the biggest issue, as i see it, is the silence within the waiting period. considering that Adm SMA has no administrative team to handle the influx and outflux of information, then i think she cannot be blamed for not keeping a newsletter for everyone to browse on. besides confidentiality is of utmost importance for the people the Adm is dealing with. she has to conform to the protocol.

i understand you expect SMA to be directly informing you of the progress, but that is what everyone is expecting. and how many everyones are out there? a lot.

one can only wish to be in the Adm’s shoes, and only then can we truly understand why the silence has been deafening. trust me, there are days when the Adm must be ready to give up especially when the actual access to the money has been delayed over and over again. she may be happy being administratrix but trust me, she will be happiest when she can finally distribute the money. that will be her vindication for all the things, good or bad that has been said about her.

and do you know what ticks my curiousity? it’s how people will ingratiate themselves trying to get into the good favors of the Adm again, when it finally happens.

give me a direct line to contact you. it’s interesting how our minds will meet on certain things about this. we may have the front seats when things happen but i’d rather be on the outside looking in, that way you see the whole picture when you take a step back.

  108. juliet s says:

crab mentality exercised to the max. i can hear the noise made by the

claws climbing over the heads of other crabs and the scraping noise on the

wall as these crabs struggle. all for the goal of toppling Adm SMA’s

foundation and bring her back to the ground. that noise is heard in the

courts and it’s the same people who keep on creating the disturbances and

trying to get the ripples to reach offshore.

dirty games have been played over and over against Adm SMA but she has

risen above it all to get this far. the delays were from unseen events that

had to be addressed before the release is done. understand that no one

would want these delays and all sides who are directly involved in the

process will benefit only when this is completed. accusing SMA of

orchestrating these delays are unfair. totally unfair.

i’d say it’s the people around her who cause these delays. their presence

may be doing it. something or someone has to give.

SMA’s blessings come in disguises because it is in the waiting that SMA is

able to see who will calmly see this through or who will show their true

    colors.

knowing SMA, by now she must have a long list of people she’ll be paying

and i believe SMA will pay everyone. and everyone will receive their due

share so do not be conquered by your paranoia. stop yourself when it

surfaces so that you don’t ingratiate yourself. zip it and throw away the

    key.

SMA is also aware of the multiple accusations against her but all these will

be taken cared of as soon as she can spare the energy and time.

those who have bitten SMA’s hand and caused her bruises, though you are

so dense to comprehend, your days are numbered. you are the hyena that

the lion will slay this time.

  109. juliet s says:

with the constant bickering and recurring demands for Adm SMA to show up in court and report to these people who helped her and continue to help her, it’s showing the whole world how hard the struggle is and at what stage the recovery is in. in the interest of those who look forward to the success, the bits of information available to the public through the court recesses are provided for us all. whatever is not published, is not for public consumption at the moment.

the recovery should unite the people to a common goal of doing good for others but what’s happening now is that the Adm is receiving all kinds of threats. and instead of cheering her on, people constantly jeer as time and time again the timeline is moved. dates are not important anymore. what’s important is that this isn’t a scam and soon everybody will be paid. i am looking forward to that day.

it’s just learning early that the dates given aren’t exactly the dates you can give your own creditors as even Adm SMA cannot make things bent over backwards to accommodate our own timelines. if it was, then this would have been over long ago. let’s be thankful we got a shot at this and don’t jeopardize that chance by constantly bickering for position. wait where you are. you’ll have your day. be there when it’s time.

  111. stargazer says:

hi ate juliet. no recent postings from you defending the deafening silence? have you joined the silence too?

    • juliet s says:

could be since i’d rather bite my tongue rather than say anything stupid.

    • juliet s says:

besides, no matter what’s said or done, it will all boil down to giving the concerned the time that’s needed to complete all these. i will only be repeating myself if there’s nothing new to write about. it’s the same old bickering and court intramurals of minor players. the action is in china and since i cannot be there then i shall wait and get my news right from the horse’s mouth instead of listening to speculations borne out of envy of these sweet lemons.

      how about you?

  112. juliet s says:

another postponement, another long wait, more time for the long tongues to wag and spew their venomous spittle. still, the mountain cannot be moved. wait for March 14.

  113. stargazer says:

i’m the same as you ate. i cannot be in china either. i’m sure the results will be positive even though she has a strange way in dealing with business matters. if shes disrespectful now to those that have helped her, imagine what she will be like if she ever does get all that money?

    • juliet s says:

when someone’s pushed against a rock and a hard surface, what does one do?

i’d choose the lesser evil all the time. silence may be the lesser evil at this point.

imagine when she’s accessible and everybody’s asking the same questions? the same questions she wouldn’t have an answer to? i’d flip but she’s not flipping so her silence must be a good sign.

it’s the same old cycle of life… one puts in money, one thinks he has the right to dictate, get a report, gets some for sometime then the silence, and that’s when one flips, and flops and starts to connive with others and plot out a course of action to derail the train… fortunately the train is hanging in by a thread… a very fragile thread you can’t believe has held on this far into the journey…

but if the train turns turtle, i can’t imagine what will happen to everybody who has banked on this to change their lives and that of others…

sometimes it’s nice to dream good dreams, but it’s always healthy to keep yourself rooted on reality, that this is more difficult than difficult itself, and if we’re lucky and our God will allow it, we will definitely have it…

the question is, who will see it through?

  114. lucky says:

Pixie i remember that story. My parents and my grand parents are moncadians. I think my mom kept all my dad’s personal belonging when he passed away including the first book he gave me “divinity of a woman superiority over a man”. I was looking for some documents when i found my photo album. I was doing this memory lane when I found my dad’s picture. Then I became curious and I found this website. Now, I’m excited to go back to Cebu to see if I can gather more information about my family’s religious beliefs.

    • juliet s says:

      hi lucky!

soon we will have the time to gather the literature on Gen HCM and it will be shared with the world. keep working on it and thank you for the attention.

  115. stargazer says:

hi ate. silence is only a good sign for those who have gained money, not a good sign for those who have gave money. if she is silent then how do you know she’s not flipping?

    • juliet s says:

i am sure she’s not flipping since i am with her though not physically all the time but you have to take my word she will be back with you as soon as the money is there. and besides the court will be the first to know and as soon as it’s there then distribution will start. there is no other course of action but it has to be through the courts especially with all the creditors.

and walter, and the rest who are taking the same course of action as you, quit at it. it’s almost there and it’s a matter of a few days. Adm SMA is not bothering you with all the recent developments as there are still hurdles to take and you can’t help at this time. you have done enough. all Adm SMA needs at this point is for you to stop flipping and flopping and instigating others to file lawsuits that will all be futile.

by the way, you’ll have to show yourself for you to get paid. stargazer won’t do.

as soon as your heart starts flipping and flopping again, keep your hand to your heart and say: all izz well… all izz well … all izz well, the way the 3 idiots did and it kept them calm.

  116. stargazer says:

    Ate Supe.

I’m not questioning her authenticity and the legitimacy of her claims. I’m praying she succeeds very soon. I have nothing to do with the cases and claims against her and I’m not immediate family. All I am saying is alot of money has been given by people I know, dates have not been met and the silence says it all. Be careful when you say things like “it’s a matter of a few days”, the days will go by very quick, just like the months have gone by very quick since your first few defensive messages here. I would be happy to show my face to get paid – but I have not given anything so I’m not going to get paid. I’m just sitting and watching from the sidelines.

  117. juliet s says:

anyone can go ahead and file anything to correct the court records. all you need is a good lawyer to represent you and the right proof, too. daughter or not, Adm SMA needs to get that money to pay up investors and we are looking forward for that to happen in this lifetime.

we appreciate the efforts of Adm SMA on the recovery. if, according to some spiteful creditors, she is enjoying the estate money now, well and good, it will mean there is indeed money to enjoy. as to the question of when the others may share it must be when there’s enough for everyone.

by the way, why is it only Adm SMA who’s there? where are the others? if Adm SMA quits and says she can’t bear it anymore, is there anyone ready to take on the hat?

  118. juliet s says:

it’s another upsetting day in the courts. nobody was there except for the few who are hanging on and trying to get in. another day is set for April 14. let’s hope Adm SMA will be bringing home the bacon on that day.

    keep the prayers coming.

  119. juliet s says:

now I understand why a group of people are so against the efforts of Adm SMA. She put a stop to the scheming shenanigans of the scamsters who profit from the monies they collect in the name of the estate.

it is obvious that the recovery efforts need funds and the estate coffers has long been depleted of the funds that could have gone a long way in the efforts to recover more.

this group of people go around looking for financiers and for every transaction expect a cut, a big cut that has somehow derailed the main reason such fund was raised in the first place. now these people, scamsters as they are are resorting to intimidation.

intimidation will work only for those who choose to be intimidated and i hope Adm SMA isn’t one.

i bet Adm SMA is praying for us all.

  120. juliet s. says:

i just love the silence but it seems like there are more than one group plotting sinister moves against Adm SMA to stop her from succeeding because of this silence.

your kind of silence is a result of your own doing. think back to the last time you heard from Adm SMA. isn’t it that she stopped communicating when you did something wrong yourself? it was when you showed your benettons.

now you attempt to muscle your way in. trying different channels, trying your might, and for what? realize that for anything bad you start to utter, the walls will bring them all to the attention of Adm SMA and it will just all boil down to you losing the privileged perch you had when you started.

i now realize that i was just made an instrument to connect all the people who deserve to be connected with this. I shouldn’t anymore think like Adm SMA owes me those connections. i am just thankful i am in and in i will stay.

now, for you who strayed, it’s high time that you find your way back. there is no other way, you have to get back in the good graces of the chosen one.

  121. juliet s says:

we’re still praying and waiting for the pieces to fall into the right place, at the right time, and the monkeys seem to cooperate with us… i don’t see them jumping all over the place this time… or could it be that we’re just in the middle of their storm? hopefully not. couldn’t wait for them to jump around making themselves meet their butts in getting the chosen to look their way again.

and she will look back at the right time and the right place and the storm shall pass…

  122. juliet s says:

so silent it’s deafening. when will the drums roll? the few days have gone by and still we’re waiting for the fulfillment as it will eventually happen… one day….. someday…..in a few days? soon.

  123. juliet s. says:

it will be another calendar page we’re taking off tomorrow and we’re still just looking forward to that beckoning attraction. there are things that cannot be written here. things that need to be told personally so things will get more exciting, more inspiring for us to be more patient and understand that for anything good, hard work and right timing are essential.

    let’s get together!

  124. Odette Moncado de Carrasquillo says:

    Aloha Bob,
WOW! Had no idea until I read your blog tonight about all this. I am gathering information about my grandfather Hilario Camino Moncado (my Tata). My grandmother is the late Diana Toy Moncado and I have now moved back to Hawaii after raising my children in the mainland. I need to connect with people who resonates with his teaching in serving humanity by accessing their God-consciousness in order to fulfill our MORAL concept on how to love our neighbors and lift each other up. My grandfather is a great believer of the “United we stand..divided we fall” saying because we are all ONE. My purpose is to bring. together all those who know of him or those with parents or grandparents that.are or were part of his group. I am planning a trip to the PI (have not been back for39 years as most of my family are here in US). This is my year of awakening, meaning that I cannot get enough info in me regarding my grandfather because he has told a lot of his followers that I will be the one to bring his name back from history. If any of you have have the Filipino Crusaders World Army brochure on their Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, I am pictured there with myTata as well as a solo of me (2 yrs.old). and the cover picture is of him in uniform. I am working on having our church here be part of the state’s historical site whic is a tedious task.

I would appreciate it if you could write me back at my email address and would definitely want to meet with you in the near future. Thank you so much for the chance to comment on your blog. There are no accidents in life and I trust that this is all in God’s timing. God Bless You, Bob!

    • juliet s. says:

now i don’t know what your role will be in the circle of life. you’ll have to file your own intervention in the court since HCM has only 4 declared heirs and besides, if you are a moncado then no moncado blood runs in your veins. puzzling? you will know why if you are truly related by blood.

a picture does say a thousand words and i can even tell you my own version of what a picture says. not everybody will like what i have to say, though.

the HCM name is already in history and he did that all by himself in his lifetime. what will be done soon is make every Filipino here and elsewhere know HCM’s role in the birth of Philippine independence and fulfill the man’s vision as you have beautifully put them in words. actually, HCM’s own words in the brochures and books he himself wrote. One can easily just pick them up, utter them as if they were your own, when these references are readily available.

now it seems like a lot of battles are brewing. all fronts are gearing up for war and for a self-declared granddaughter, you are staging your own. let that be a war to unite all fronts. let that be a war to help the current Administratrix succeed so that all these vision you have again, beautifully put into words, will be fulfilled, then all of us would have triumphed, all of us will be able to fulfill our part in the tapestry of life that HCM wanted for every Filipino in this nation and elsewhere.

it will not be difficult to connect. go straight to where public records are available and go straight to where the updates are available. there are little traps along the way but just approach with caution as so many stumbles in the past has made your guiding light wary of everyone’s intention. if you hurry now, you may be able to share with the burden, for anybody sharing in the burden will eventually share in the triumph as long as you are able to hold on and never waver.

goodluck everyone. keep the prayers coming!

    • ana rowena prior says:

i was just wondering,i know that the real heir should come from the gen.himself which counts ate odette, kuya ching ,kuya bong and i forgot the other cousins name…we are told by my dad that Ate Lo has 4 kids..her being the daughter of diana toy moncado…i think you guys are the legal heir…

    • ana rowena prior says:

and who are you miss juliet ????Miss Odette is a certified moncado, being the daughter of luz moncado who happens to be the daughter of the legal wife,Mrs Diana Toy Moncado…..blood or no blood…they grew up knowing their mama and their tata…and if you really dig deeper these names will ring a bell..show some respect!!!!

    • RJ says:

For you to be recognized as the real heirs of Hilario Camino Moncado, you should you have documents to prove (Family Tree with supporting Birth Certificates) and you may file a motion to intervene at Branch 48, RTC, Bacolod City, Neg. Occ. PHILIPPINES.

  125. juliet s says:

it’s the 55th death anniversary of the late General Hilario Camino today. along with it comes the good news that in every loss, there is something found.

Adm SMA found her strength, her destiny. anybody who gets in the way will find themselves in the rightful place for people like themselves. but there will always be redemption and it is high time for those who went against the destined, to try and redeem themselves.

just come back in the fold. you will be embraced as she has embraced her frustrations and triumphed in the battles.

and soon we will win the war.

    • stargazer says:

days has turned into months. months will turn into years. and all the while the admx team will still be collecting pocket money from the unsuspecting in return for the promise of the fabled millions. will the millions ever turn up? who knows……doesn’t look good from where i’m standing.

      • juliet s says:

and where exactly are you standing since you are not heir nor a creditor? this isn’t for public consumption though nobody can stop you from shouting out your opinion on the matter.

i’d say years have turned into months and the months have turned into days and from where I am standing, the promise does look promising. if only i can get you to where i am standing and still keep your mouth shut because in a few days, only the privileged will know the truth.

this has been in the courts for more than 40 years. it took 11 years for the legal heirs to be declared as such against the onslaught of false claimants. from the declaration of heirship, 20 years of administratorship was kept by a non-blood-related vicious sucker who sold assets but did not submit an accounting in the courts, another 10 years spent under the tutelage of former Adm CMP who used the recovery as her tool in collecting the millions you are talking about , and why are you questioning the current Adm who took her seat only in the last 2 years and has done so much as identifying and recovering and is already in the process of bringing that money into the country? and heaping all the blame on her when all the collection of money not used for the recovery efforts were done by the former adm and her minions? who exactly received the monies you are talking about? if it was Adm SMA, she used it where it was intended for. you are barking up the wrong tree.

the administratrix knows who your friend is, and contrary to what you are saying, it is the administratrix who may have saved your friend’s ass many times when he asked money from the adminstratrix to pay up his monetary obligations, paid for his hotel bills, airfare, pocketmoney etc. and it will still be the administratrix who will save your friend’s ass soon when he gets paid for whatever his contribution is. he just has to make sure he has enough documents to prove it in the courts since all collections by the creditors will go through the process. tell your friend to find a good lawyer to represent him, one that will not take away a healthy chunk of his collections ha ha!

the few days are indeed dwindling down. i for one should know because i was in china only recently and there is no reason why the big players will be fooling themselves when all of them have contributed so much more than what your friend may have. i heard it with my own ears, seen it with my own eyes. i am telling you, it will definitely be just a few more days. and i do have a schedule of when i can go back and help with a few things when everything’s ready.

however, since this is more importantly for the true heirs , you will never know, creditors will not enjoy this as much as they have imagined they would as according to law, they will be paid and their participation will end there. you yourself wouldn’t trust, not keep in your own company the same people who reared their ugly heads when the going got tough. i’d remind Adm SMA who were there in the courts with their lips twitching and spittle showering off talking about how they will bring Adm SMA’ efforts to naught.
most of them did succeed in some battles when they slowed SMA down with their tactics, but in the long run, and finally, China will win, in a few days.

your ramblings echo the sentiments of the people who are too far away from the direct source of information. yours is the reaction of a poor relation and a judgment amiss of correct information, or even just logical thinking.

who in his right mind will go against somebody who gives you the hope of getting paid for the self-claimed contribution you made for the recovery? hiding behind a code name will not spare you from getting what’s due you. because, if you are indeed on the creditors’ side, i believe you will not enjoy the long intramurals you face in getting the court convinced that you should be paid especially if what you have is a participation borne of introducing the current administratrix to the people who helped her in some ways. that won’t work. money begets money and introductions will just get you a slap on the back. and perhaps a big “THANK YOU.”

you have a few days to mend your ways and perhaps you can convince Adm SMA to help you with the visa, airfare and hotel accommodations so that you can be there when the countdown is at 0.

i for one, am sure will be there

and to answer your question, yes it will turn up but it will not be in the millions.

        • stargazer says:

I think you have mistaken me for someone else. I don’t know the admx and she doesn’t know me. Is this the 1st time you have been to China? From what I know from the court hearings is that she has been going to China for 2 years with no success…..so if this was your 1st visit then you shouldn’t be so upbeat with the bacon just because she showed and told you things on your 1st visit. Go a few more times, you will know. Track back your messages, you said soon in September last year and you said it was days 3 months ago. So don’t be so arrogant in your musings when you don’t even know half the story.

          • juliet s says:

i’d like to go through your reply one line at a time.
mistaken or not, you are one observer with a lot of negativity, how can you say so much when, by your own admission, you don’t know Adm SMA personally? it must be because you are fed half-truths and all-made-up stories about Adm SMA’s efforts. since you don’t have direct access to these info from Adm and the court itself, then why do you speak negatively of her efforts? even the court has issued orders lauding Adm SMA for her accomplishments that none of the previous administrators have done. the courts wouldn’t be too generous if not enough proof was presented, wouldn’t it? you need to check out your source of information and find help to correct the inaccuracies.
you don’t know Adm SMA and she doesn’t know you and that’s precisely the reason why you shouldn’t be talking about what she has done and is doing. you are not in the position to do so. if you don’t know each other, then your info is just from someone else. i wouldn’t want to be used that way.
it was my first time to be in china. that’s the only thing that’s correct about your ramblings.
Again, check out court records and find how much Adm SMA has accomplished so far. I’d think success for you is the same as Chatur, “the Silencer’s” success, one that is measured with how much money one has and what someone has purchased with that money. it is all money for you and the rest who speak ill and demean the efforts of Adm SMA. I’m glad that Adm SMA’s caliper is not graded with the Peso sign, that way she has a broader perspective and doesn’t let your negativity stump her relentless efforts.
Being upbeat isn’t a fault. your negativity just can’t bring that down. Adm SMA doesn’t need to show me anything and if she has, all that is for my eyes only and not to be paraded out for profit. besides, i do check out court records and secure myself copies when i can spare the time to go get some. why don’t you do the same? that way, you wouldn’t rely too much on what’s fed you by your only source of negative energy.
yes, indeed you have another feather to your cap, i am going again so that’s the second thing that’s correct about your musings. and i will not be going to know, i’m going because i will help Adm SMA because she needs it…and it’s no money, mind you.
Soon was a month’s time more than 10 years ago when we put in our money to help in the recovery efforts, saying soon in September will be soon enough when it happens in a few days… besides… if we can wait when we have put in a lot, why can’t you when you are JAFO?
My story is ending a chapter… an end becomes a new beginning for us… waiting more than 10 years will be a lot more than the few days starting September last year by your count. We didn’t turn turtle when we didn’t get paid in the past 10 years, we didn’t burn our bridges, that’s why we still have a wider perspective and better access to information until today. more so in the coming days.
Arrogance is arrogance only when you are at the receiving end of it. from where i am, it is a simple statement of fact supported by court documents and first hand information.
My half of the story as you put it is a lot better than the bits of poison you gather from your only source. go ahead and take time to verify your information. i do mine.
when the time comes, you will have a lot to apologize for if you will be brave enough to face your music.
and you really need to watch “3 idiots” then you’ll know all izz well… all izz well… all izz well!

          • juliet s says:

the Adm says she may not know you personally since you’re cowering behind a code name but she knows a few more like you and has learned to take your barbs in stride. she even learned to get the stumbling blocks you’ve set up her way as her building blocks that got her to where she is in the recovery efforts. and while you are counting her failures, Adm SMA is alone in the toil. still everybody will be there to share in the bounty for her success will shine through no matter how you say little of it.

      • juliet s says:

        Mr. De Leon,

Thanks for the help and the prayers. Adm SMA extends her gratitude and it was good meeting you.

  126. bianca says:

    hi rio,

indeed with careful planning and God’s guidance, Adm SMA has gone through the final steps of the recovery process except for the need to converge someplace and go through a formal presentation. it’s this final hurdle that is not yet completed because of one important issue. Adm. SMA needs your help urgently.

I took the liberty of posting this plea for help because i personally know this recovery as authentic and standing on solid grounds. I have also seen with my own eyes what will be recovered and i know this final step will bring Adm SMA to where she needs to be and complete the task..

it is important that she completes the task ASAP.

it is good that you already understand the process of recovery. if you can change channels at this time and somehow focus on what Adm. SMA has accomplished, I believe there is a lot you can do to help.

if you don’t have direct access to Adm. SMA now, please call or text 09497597379. what i can do is just connect you and you can just take it up from there.

            you are funny stargazer lololololololol!

remember it’s 42 years since they filed an intervention in the courts.
2 years since SMA took over the reins.
it can’t be another 42 years
            a few more months? maybe
            a few more days? surely?

but you, stargazer, will remain where you are: gazing at the stars. still looking in from the outside.

one important thing i shouldn’t miss asking. was Adm. SMA the horse whom your friend placed his bet on? if it was SMA he just has to check and he’ll see THE TRUTH.

if SMA wasn’t the Adm at the time your friend put in his precious pesos, then there’s a mould where he will fit right in. besides, according to you, your friend continues to help, so this negativity is just a personal thing and SMA has become your receiving block for that negative energy..

did your friend promise you something? keep gazing at the stars, you might find peace there and some entertainment so you don’t get bored waiting. that’s because you will definitely wait a lot longer than me.

and the http://www.efbchurch.com, the first one you mentioned is quite different because I didn’t see any
Church activities and Church services, what I saw is only the writings, books, literatures and the important
documents of Gen. Moncado which I read in personal at Gen. Moncado library, Equi Frili Brium Church,
Balamban,Cebu, if you have time you can visit there at your convenience, I’m so thankful that I found
the http://www.efbchurch.com on the internet. If God willing, you too can have the chance to be connected in
the Church for spiritual growth.but the information from http://www.hilariocaminomoncado.blogspot.com
is also a big help for you to understand who really Gen. Moncado is……

And it’s again the middle of another month. And the stories I hear about the Administrator just get more and more horrific. Maybe she has paid off the NBI with all the money she has gathered? That’s the only way she could still be walking free. The other way is that she has turned Singapore, Hong Kong and China into the new Glorieta’s of the modern world. Only a matter of a time before the net closes.

    • cassie m. says:

creditors paid off all the complainants to get her free because she promised and made all these gullible people believe she is the chosen one who will successfully get that money and pay up everybody in 3 days, in 4 days, 7 days, 18 days, 40 days… forever.

now it is the same creditors’ money that she uses to hire frank chavez and keep her lead counsel by her side. facts are: she doesn’t have a job, she is not withdrawing anything from the moncado money, she has not rendered accounting to teh court, she did not take leave of court when she made all these creditors hand over their money, some covered by agreements, most just handed over without a receipt because of qucik return in dollars in 3 days, 4 days, 7 days…. and she is really good in making people believe.

she’s so good that even when already in jail, she got out of a non-bailable offense because the bacolod creditors shelled out money to pay up the complainants for the LARGE SCALE ILLEGAL RECRUITMENT CHARGE.

a document in court now says all those have been dismissed but digging deeper, it was creditors’ money that paid off everybody, including the ESTAFA CASE in branch 43, RTC bacolod, QUALIFIED THEFT CASE in Quezon City where also another document shows 3 creditors paid 80K each for a single 80K amicable settlement fee. profit of 160K plus being cleared of that case, who wouldn’t want that?

and she had the nerve to accuse the bacolod creditors of death threats, hacking of her email, spreading rumors about her illicit affair when everybody who went to china and even those who did not have witnessed it all.

the MOTION TO REMOVE shows the pattern of collecting money from the unsuspecting.

the OPPOSITION TO REMOVE shows how lies are shown in the INCONSISTENCIES.

now she is singing a different tune.

a MOTION TO GAG a witness was filed even before the MOTION TO REMOVE was submitted.

the same witness is accused of a trumped up case designed to intimidate her and push her back in her shell. but then the truth will set us all free and the truth will only be painful to those who live in lies.

this fiction in real life is excitedly unfolding it will defeat all the plots in bestsellers.

  131. jokes can be apt, especially at times like these… let me tell you one…. when the blind dies, he takes his cane to the grave with him, a cripple his pair of crutches, the deaf his interpreter (good thing computers do this now). on the serious side, WHEN LIARS DIE, THEY TAKE THEIR LAWYERS WITH THEM.

  134. Marissa Gonzalez says:

Hello, Diana Toy Moncado…who was a Castro is the mother of my Grandma Luz Moncado Gonzalez. I grew up in the Kalihi house next to the church where Tata, Hilario Moncado’s church sitll resides..the house has since been demolished. I know there is a home in California…the house that was used in the tv show 6 foot under but because of the property taxes I believe it is stuck in some kind of legal tie up. As is the properties in Honolulu. I also had the opportunity to live in the Manoa house on Oahu ave. My Uncle Mario Moncado, sold it. He too has since deceased. The only people I know who are related to my Lola Toy and Tata are my immediate family and a cousin Bernhart Moncado who lives in Germany.

  135. cassie m. says:

ugly ugly ugly. only way to describe what is happening now. what happened to the recovery? any more trips anywhere? i heard next hearing will be on september 30 with a new judge. will bring family there. it will be good to find out first hand.

  136. fidel says:

Can someone or somebody update us please regarding the last hearing that took place last Sept. 30 about the Moncado Estate. Is it true that there is a motion for the removal of SMA being the administrator? Thank you very much.

    • francisco Dean says:

      hi fidel;

may i know from what group are you? I am from Escalante. No hearing was heard last September 30, 2011. the next scheduled hearing will be next year 2012.
SMA is still the incumbent sole administratrix of the estate of HCM. We in Escalante especially the old one’s
are praying so hard that SMA will finally distribute to us the fruits of her labor. so that before we die we can say that HCM is the real unsung Hero of our country. We want peace for all the Filipino people. I once accompany SMA in pondol balamban , she visited various areas of the moncado colony and moncadista especially the church Equi Frili Brium. The humanity foundation will grant this organization and the Filipino Federation as the first beneficiary of this Fund to promote HCM Moral Concept and his legacy. Have Peace to all. Good luck to everybody. Thank you also.

    • cassie m. says:

      fidel,

yes there is a motion for the REMOVAL of asparen AS ADMINISTRATRIX. the motion was filed by the bacolod creditors who understand that evil has to be stopped.

as to the insistence of asparen and her obviously paid and fucked, whichever comes first, lover lawyer, distribution is just all talk. The immoral adventures blatantly INSULT moncado’s concept of MORALITY. the desecration of the moncada bloodline should be stopped. the stake has to be prepared and both culprits to be dragged there by the tips of what brought them down. then they will slowly burn in the heat of their making.

      • fidel says:

To : Cassie M, W. Moncada and Francisco Dean

I thanked you all for the updates regarding the Moncado Estate. Appreciate it very much.

Just wondering if it is a normal practice in our judiciary to allow somebody to repeatedly request for resetting of hearings when years have already gone by since the motion for hearing was filed? It seems that the lawyer/lawyers of that person/persons have so many alibis in their arsenal.

In this kind of situation, I just leave it to God to decide… Truth will finally prevail at the end. God bless us all.

I would like to ask those who are participating in the discussion thread here to be more considerate in the words that they use. Many of the comments being left border on libel, and as the host of this site, I could be held liable for such libel.

I don’t mind having court updates posted here, but when you start accusing people by name, I feel that it could create legal jeopardy for me. If such posts continue, I will turn off the comments on this page and nobody will be able to comment further.

Please be considerate with the words you post here. If you want to have a free-for-all you can set up your own website for that.

Hi Armando – Actually, I know several Filipinos who have ended up in Philippine courts over instances just like this. That is why I am asking that it be toned down.

I fully agree with you. Please shut down your blog site before you will be sued for libel by the concerned party. It is clear that this people only wants to destroy the names of the parties involved. Please shut down your blog comment now.

  138. juliet s says:

oh! it’s not only you who wants to be in her shoes but some think only the chosen will finally succeed. so let’s hope Adm SMA is the chosen one otherwise all this will be for naught.

  139. juliet s says:

what a strain it is to listen to CMP claim Adm SMA took what is rightfully hers, being Administratrix, that is. but recalling, what Adm SMA filed in the courts was Co-Administrator, while at the same time there was Val Lumayno, another Co-Administrator. it was such a surprise when right there and then, CMP was removed and SMA was made co-Administrator with Val Lumayno, who eventually filed a waiver leaving Adm SMA the only Adminstratrix until today.

Being Administrator is decided by the courts and anyone who wants the position should file their own petition at the sala of Jude Ybañez. It is not for CMP to decide on whom she bestows the honor to.

and it was a good decision considering CMP, while Administratrix, appeared in the headlines of a local newspaper being chastised by the courts and ordered to stop collecting monies purportedly for the recovery efforts, when in fact there was no fruitful movement in her tenure.

so it is so unfair for CMP to tell every listening ear how Adm SMA has taken what is rightfully hers. she should have been removed long ago.

having seen the court intramurals and known most of the major players, i still think Adm SMA is the best bet. and her track records show she has accomplished so much in the short time she started being Adm.

anyone filing anything in the courts will only be creating a disturbance and possibly delay further when Adm SMA timeline is distracted, but in the long run, China will win. there is no way you can bend a powerful dragon to your will. there is no way you can hurry anyone up. everything will happen in its own time, not yours.

let all these wonders unfold before our eyes… we are praying for you and your select team of loyal people… please bring home the bacon, in a few days, your time.

    keep the prayers coming.

  143. juliet s says:

whoa stargazer, how could you resort to name calling now? no more ammo in the arsenal except this? you must be a lawyer’s beautiful son to know such cuss words, to have that information and not be charged libel for it coz you are hiding behind a pretty old skirt.

dig deeper and check why it all came to this. why do you see all the money and not what Adm SMA has done so far. why can’t you see her sacrifices? she has done this alone, all single handedly against all the odds and stumbling blocks put her way by people like you. and has helped friends in trouble by sending immediately, the much needed financial assistance of 70K USD that kept her friend out of jail in dubai. all from her efforts and sacrificing her own comfort by putting her properties at stake. only someone with a good heart can do that. and you haven’t got the balls to even show yourself.

with all that’S been happening, it is best to stay silent and not be dragged into this futile attempt at manipulating the principal to bow down to your will, for the principal to bend over backwards to accommodate your demands coz nobody knows better than she who deals with it directly.

whatever drives you to destruction, you should put a stop to it now before it strikes your black heart and keep you still.

    take care stargazer,

  144. stargazer says:

It’s not me who needs to show my face. From what I have witnessed from the court proceedings here, it is she that needs to show her face but off course she never will. Always next month, next month, next month. Always a postponement arranged by her lover attorney, it’s a very comfortable arrangement ate don’t you think? I have shown my face at the court, maybe you have seen me. Anyhow, it’s a gracious gesture to help out her friends in need, I do question what is her friend doing in a Dubai jail though? Why does she associate with criminals that are in jail or need to be kept out of jail? And indeed……another month has passed and nothing has happened….if it was really her right to the money do you not think the Chinese would have given it to her by now? I know of two main victims last year…..I wonder who is the unfortunate victim this year?

  145. good samaritan says:

Opppss! the interactions look going deeper and more personal, what i can
say is only time will tell ,and we have to remember that money is the root
of all evil, if we push of what our heart’s desire in the end we will be fruitless
but if we let HIM do according to HIS will in the end we will be fruitful…

    God bless you all

Yes – no chance of the fabled Moncado millions ever being successfully claimed by the so called heirs. God doesn’t reward those who cheat. So it doesn’t matter if its the end of the month, the start or the middle of the month. Do not give the SMA clan any more money, whoever you are.

  152. juliet s. says:

i guess the next question should be… lead counsel? …….or special counsel?

  153. juliet s. says:

    stargazer,

too bad you haven’t emailed me. and i know it looks like i am of the same mold but there is always a time for discovery especially when that blinding light is not shining in your eyes anymore. the recent months have been a painful emotional trip but indeed the truth has set me free.

i see things the way you do now. i apologize to have taken this long. i apologize too for having misled so many people. forgive me because i was misled too.

if there is any way i can go back and undo all the false hopes i have believed and created for others, i will gladly sacrifice all possible efforts i can extend.

motion for removal says it all. pattern of soliciting treble for a highly confidential fee that needs to be paid not showing any verifiable record of such payment made, promising return in a few days, in a week, in a hurry. the court has clothed this lawyer-client tandem with authenticity. the gullible and the greedy cannot refuse but just give their hard-earned money without a receipt, wait for the few days, the week, the hurry to pass and then nothing. for more than 40 long years. what used to be a mother-daughter tandem is now a lawyer-client tandem. more vicious, more cunning, more guts circumventing the laws of the land.

BEWARE! checking needs to go beyond authenticated court documents.

about the motion for the removal of the administrstrix, about the recent discovery of a trail of lies in the supposed recovery efforts, about how i was made to believe all the things i have posted on this blog. how facts are twisted so bad they cannot even cover up all the inconsistencies.

call cathy and ask how much she has put in? check out the dollar remittances of the british who helped?check out too how much all the bacolod creditors have put in? ask your lawyer to set up a meeting with people in bacolod so you will see how this estate has become a cash cow? what’s important is to check out how much of the estate’s projected recovery has been committed to these creditors? my guess is 56% for the known? unknown creditors still abound. see attachments for the MOAs your cousin has signed away and i don’t think you will love it.

123 trips to china in the last report. all for getting updates where everything is confidential and a security risk? try to read through the last report submitted. and tell me what you think about it.

ask cathy for your childhood friend, her cousin, annalee’s number. it won’t hurt talking to people instead of just listening to the single source of filtered information designed to keep the wolf in.

    Bing,
In Philippines laws, heirs can be claim and must have valid documents (Birth Certificates and other valid docs) a family tree (must be descendants of the person died – by blood) in the absence of descendants, ascendants may claim as heirs, a claim must be within 30 years prescription period (from the death of the person).
May I ask you a question?
Do you think you are qualified to Claim? (remember the 30 years prescription period)
Per court records, there were already declared heirs in Hilario Caminos Moncada/Hilario Camino Moncado estate.

  162. cassie m. says:

don’t waste your time bing. take action NOW or there will be nothing left of the shell that is asparen and ulep. asparen has a safe haven now. she is embraced by china in her mind and insanity is her best defense. there is no way out. ulep might have to convince the court he’s gone loco de amor too since it is obvious he brought his pants down for the millions he grabbed from the money asparen grabbed from others. i don’t think any money is worth what they are sharing now. following the court exchange shows how ulep is digging his and asparen’s grave deeper, and deeper. he should have just shut up and let dying dogs die a peaceful death.

look at what you have done to yourself believing your sole source of unbelievable but you still believed, information.

the apple does not rot far from the tree. you sing praises now. once, twice, thrice, maybe 10x then you start to wonder why you keep repeating yourself and the FAKE SELF-PROCLAIMED CHOSEN’s commitment dates have come and gone and you are still there expected to sing the same praises over and over again. if you eat from the same hand as SMA, then that food is from other people’s money and all these people eventually become enemies when they stop giving money. then sma and her team of vicious bloodsuckers move on to the next victim. the cycle is indeed a cycle. it never ends, it’s pathetic.

  165. Ray J. Moncada says:

Bob, I wish to share you something about the late Hilario Moncado. His predecessors came from Balamban, Cebu, specifically in the barrio called Pondol. Actually, his real name is Hilario Moncada and not Moncado. He changed his surname to Moncado when he acquired wealth in the United States. He came from a very poor family. In fact, my father who was his cousin, told us this story that he was actually a stow-away in a ship when he went away from their place with a hen as his provision for the journey.

Very interesting, Ray. Thank you for sharing that, my friend.

  168. RJ says:

    Bing,
    You statement contradicts for itself…

Did you not consider yourself a future claimants?
“(us being a blood relative to Diana Castro Moncado) my family is just proud that we belong to a very great lineage”
That means your are a blood lineage of Diana Toy not Hilario Moncado. Since Hilario Moncado and Diana Toy has no issue (no child). Where is your very great lineage comes from?
Sorry, it was not meant to offend you but I just want to tell you that please do the research first (not a hearsay) about Hilario Moncado.

    hi bob,

i hope this blog can correct all the negativity. We wish for peace and for the legacy of our unsung hero. I am from Escalante City, born in Davao the place where you posted this white house of HCM. We support the journey of SMA, and we have filed our letter to the court in support for her in our local dialect Cebuano. The judge has read it to everyone. We are after for his legacy to support the Moncadista who have been loyal to the MASTER all throughout. Also help rebuild the Filipino Federation and this White House. Sharing to you the travel of General Hilario Moncado to China in the year 1931 where he initially deposited his money. And this was the start of the journey of SMA.”SUNTOK SA BUWAN”. That is how we term it. The distribution will be published officially in the proper time, paying all the inheritance tax and estate tax. All creditors unknown and known will be paid. All the siblings will be benefited. And most of all the Filipino people will be help. Good luck to all and have peace.
This i will share to you Bob the travel of General Hilario Camino Moncado in China in the year 1931. This is how he described China during his time.

    THE AMAZING CHINA
(By General Hilario Camino Moncado 1931)

As I have touched upon the political situations in China and Japan at considerable length in a separate volume entitled, America, The Philippines and the Orient, I shall endeavor, in the chapters in this book devoted to those two nations, to confine myself wholly to places or matters that my fellow-tourists might logically be interested to see or hear about while journeying through two very ancient, but absorbingly fascinating lands.
It is difficult in the extreme for Americans or other Westerners to really understand the land of Confusions. They will of course understand the physical side of the panorama of China as it unwinds before them, but they will be checked when it comes to understanding the psychology of the Chinese mind. They will be utterly flabbergasted when they are told that a book in China begins at the top of the last column on the last page and goes backward till it ends with the first page. A dinner begins with fruit and sweets and ends with soup and rice. Men in China wear skirts and women wear trousers. White is the color for mourning. Brides wear scarlet and so it goes.
Like every other people, the Chinese have some bad traits and many excellent ones. The Chinese toil hard for the support of their families, and hold the aged in great respect. Politeness is carried to an extreme. The upper classes never contradict, and are careful to avoid offensive (A modern business street of Peking, China) statements. In giving an invitation they speak with contempt of their “unworthy” selves, families, and houses. And humbly ask the honor of the visitor’s presence. Whether or not he can read or write, the poorest laborer knows the laws of etiquette, and is as much at ease among his intellectual superiors as with his equals.
The Chinese have many beautiful festivals, such as the “Festival of the Dragon Boats,” the “Feast of Lanterns,” and other gaieties. They are fond of flying kites and even lions and other fantastic things. The whole country is very picturesque, with many beautiful temples, tall pagodas, gorgeous red and gold signs, and other beautiful things.
But the thing that most impressed me during my tour of the important cities of China was the fact that the people are traveling fast the road to modernity. Through often torn by civil wars and harassed by the world-wide economic revolution, the people of China are steadily adopting modern ideas and putting aside many of their ancient traditions. From her centuries-old thoughts and superstitions, the new China is turning to western ideas and machines. For centuries China has been referred to as “the sleeping giant”; this description should now be changed to “the awakening giant!”
The grotesque gods of the village temples in many places are being smashed to pieces, temples are being given over for schools and their property confiscated. Fengshui, a geomantic superstition, which enjoins that houses shall be placed at such and such an angle, that gateways in a wall can or Cannot be made at certain points, that hills and trees and water shall have their relative places, is no longer a gospel but an old-fashioned notion to be smiled at where practical affairs are concerned.
In another sphere the government steps in and makes new laws which are subversive of ancient thought and custom. Inheritance is no longer the prerogative of the male, and not long ago the daughter of a wealthy family sued her brothers for an equal of the family property, and although the father had died before the new law came into force, the daughter won her case.
The demand is now all for modernization, and far-reaching changes are visible in every direction. Except in Manchuria and a few other regions, and in the cities, roads fit for wheeled traffic were practically unknown twenty years ago. The ancient national highways were irregularly paved and used only by wheelbarrows, pack animals and ridden horses. The bulk of the traffic was carried by coolies; in the provinces now there are many thousands of miles of roads fit for motor traffic, and omnibus transportation flourishes. Steamers and steam launches have been common on the Chinese waterways for many years, but now motor boats are being added in great numbers, and it is one of the prime causes of unemployment and unrest that the hosts of native junks are slowly but surely being driven out of business.
Not content with power-driven vehicles and vessels, the Chinese are eager to see airplanes operating from one end of the country to the other. For the past two years there has been a daily air service between Shanghai and Hankow, and another service is designed to take mails from Shanghai to Manchuli, whence Russian airplanes will carry them to Moscow, making the through time from Shanghai to London six days. There is direct radio communication in Shanghai with America and France, in a number of cities. Several hundred cinema theatres are in operation throughout the country and the demand for this form of entertainment is insistent. The first Chinese made film with talking accompaniment was presented in Shanghai recently. Photographs are universally appreciated and the Chinese are making their own records, the increase of roads. Cities in the interior are installing harbor works, conservancy, bridgeing and other engineering projects are being discussed in every province. Public development is retarded only because there is not enough money to go faster.
Hygiene was unknown o few years ago, but it is now being preached everywhere. Marriage was formerly a contract arranged through an agent regardless of the inclinations of the parties most interested, but today the youths of the country tell the parents to mind their own business, and mating has become a matter of mutual choice. It will of course take time for the mass of the population to change their habits and customs, but the celerity with which the younger generation have forsaken the past and discarded standards and traditions that were inseparable from the old order is proof that radical changes in this country of hide-bound conservatism not only can happen suddenly but are already having effect on the characteristics of the nation. Nationalism, until recently only barely understood among the limited few, is now appealing to the multitude and has become a living force.
Among the most enthusiastic exponents of the new spirit are the students, not a numerous class. But influential. The students bring the new thoughts into their homes and overwhelm their elders. They busy themselves with politics and are highly vocal as agitators, and no strike or procession or demonstration would be complete without their exuberant assistance. They are continually being warned against meddling with politics, but their teachers have little control, and indeed are themselves so politically inclined that many do more to incite than to restrain their pupils.
The position of woman has changed no less radically than in other Eastern countries. Women has always been a power in the home, but only in the exceptional cases where one happened to become the head of a family, or for some special reason, was it thought proper for women to appear prominently in public. In a theatre, as spectators, they used to be railed off, and they were not allowed to perform. A visitor to a household never saw the woman unless he was a close relative, and when parties were given by the males of a family the females were never present, though female entertainers were in great demand.
But all that is changed, and the women in the cities at any rate mix freely with their lords, dance with them, attend parties in pairs, take their share in public work, have acquired medical and legal degrees, work in offices, manage schools, teach and patrol the Shanghai bond Street-Nanking Road-in elegant finery with an aplomb that would do credit to the best-dressed and most aristocratic of their sisters in a European capital. The women have proved their mettle as nurses in war, and as politicians many unfortunately have been convicted of communism
(This Great Wall of China, built in the Third Century before Christ, is considered one of the wonders of the world. It extends along the northern frontier form the Gulf of Pechili, on the Yellow Sea, north of Peking, in a zig-zag course, to Syning, on the border of Turkestan. Professor Geil, who made a reconnaissance of the wall about 1908, visiting both ends of it and several intermediate pints, and loops, at 2,550 miles; with 25,000 watch-towers built into the wall and 15,000 detached watch-towers. The air-line distance between the point where the wall reaches the sea at Shanhaikwan and the western terminus, identified by Professor Geil on the Great White River west of Suchow in the pan-handle of Kansu Province, is 1,145 miles. The wall which has crumbled into heaps in many places was, at Kalgan, (as measured in 1900 by Col. H. B. Ferguson), 17 feet 6 inches, thick and 16 feet high, made of two face walls of large brick, filed between the earth and stones.)
and paid the extreme penalty like thousands of their brothers. Equality can go little further.
Another interesting development is the growth of athletics. All the schools play football, baseball and lacrosse, and the results of league and clubs matches are widely chronicled. Japanese, Chinese and Filipino athletes meet annually and contend for the championships of the Far East.
The republic of China today has an estimated population of 400,800,000. Its chief cities are Canton, Hankow, Shanghai, Tientsin (more than 1,000,000 population each); Peking, Foochow (more than 500,000); Hongkong (British colony), Chungking (more than 300,000); Nanking, Mukden, Amoy, (more than 100,000)
Foreigners resident in China, according to the customs authorities in 1926, numbered 346,683, of which 9,401 were Americans, 14,670 British, 74,089 Russians, and 253,339 Japanese.
China, the home of a high civilization when Europeans were still in the bronze age, and with a history reaching back to 2205 B.C., occupies a territory in the eastern part of Asia about one-third larger than continental United States.
Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are the religions of China although there are also between 5,000,000 and 10,000,000 Moslems in the country, about 1,994,000 Catholics and 618,600 Protestant Christians.
In 1905 there began the new movement toward education of the masses, and since then progress has been marked. While the number of schools, 135,000 and pupils, 4,500,000, is small relative to the total population, the number is growing rapidly. There are seven universities and many technical institutions of learning.
The vast majority of China’s population of more than 400,000,000 wear clothing made of cotton. The proverbial long blue gown is still the predominating national costume.
China ranks third among world cotton producers, with a crop one-sixth to one-seventh of that of the United States.
The chief exports of China are silk, beans and products, tea, skins and furs, cotton, sesame seed, tin, cereals, medicines, peanuts and peanut oil, animals, wool, antimony and copper.
China’s 350,000,000 hens, it is estimated, lay 26,250,000,000 eggs annually, of which 1,182,000,000 are exported in the shell; 36,812,00 pounds of frozen eggs also are exported and 57,642,000 pounds of egg yolk and albumin; export value, $25,000,000.
The Chinese have endured for thousands of years and, if history repeats itself, they will continue, as heretofore, a great nation trimmed here, pruned there by modern impacts, but still Chinese, as they remained after Kublai Khan and other barbarians had done their worst. The Chinese in the mass may take generations to change, but that is government proceeds with deliberation to enforce new systems and more advanced methods.
There is nothing else in fact to stop China now that the giant has at last awakened, opened his eyes, and begun to test the strength of his sturdy limbs.
